In any case of damage or loss, it is important to contact the competent authority, such as the traffic police, police, fire department, etc.

Complete the accident statement

Required documents:

  • Accident statement
  • Driver’s license
  • Vehicle registration certificate
  • Traffic police report, if applicable

The Accident Assistance Service helps with the completion of the statement. If we do not call Accident Assistance, we submit the documents within 5 days to the claims department of BROKINS and/or the Insurance Company.

Under the Friendly Settlement procedure, the liable insurance company has 10 days to respond regarding acceptance or rejection of liability. After this period, the Friendly Settlement procedure no longer applies and the claim is handled through the standard procedure.

Assessment & claim file

We inform the Insurance Company of the vehicle’s location so that an assessor can inspect it. Once the amount has been agreed, compensation is paid within the timeframe defined by law.

By fax or e-mail, completing the relevant claim statement so that an assessor can be appointed.

Do not dispose of damaged items and do not begin repair works without prior approval.
